Lemonade


What you need:

¾ cup sugar
6 cups water
1 cup lemon juice
How to make:
Make simple syrup by heating the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the juice and the sugar water to a pitcher. Stir in the rest of the water. Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes.


Chocolate Smoothie


What you need:

1 banana
¾ up chocolate ice cream
¾ cup chocolate milk
2 tbsp chocolate sauce
6 ice cubes
cocoa powder
How to make:
Crush the ice and blend with ice cream, banana, chocolate milk in the blender until smooth. Decorate the inside of a tall glass with chocolate sauce streaks. Pour the smoothie into the glass. Dust top with cocoa powder.


Arabian Coffee


What you need:

2 cups water
3 tbsp ground coffee
3 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cardamom
1 tsp vanilla
How to make:
Heat all ingredients in a saucepan until foam starts to form on top. Serve immediately. To keep it traditional, do not pour coffee through a filter.
