Eggless Cake
What you need:
1/2 cup Margarine
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Condensed Milk
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

How to make:
Mix Flour in Baking Powder. Add margarine into the flour mixture and knead for 2 minutes. Mix the condensed milk and vanilla essence into the mixture and knead until soft. Pour the mixture into a tray and bake in an oven for 25-30 minutes.

Banana Bread
What you need:
1 cup plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp Bicarbonate of soda
½ cup sugar
2 Eggs
3 tbsp water
2 cups banana – mashed
1 tsp baking powder

How to make:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350 ˚F / Gas mark 4). Combine dry ingredients & add egg, water & banana. Beat until well combined. Spoon into greased 20 x 10cm loaf tin and bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
French Toast
What you need:
4 eggs
¾ cup milk
3 tbsp soft brown sugar
1 tsp nutmeg (thakuvah) – ground
12 slices bread
1 tbsp cinnamon – ground
oil or butter for frying

How to make:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk, brown sugar and nutmeg stirring well to combine. Soak bread slices in the egg mixture until saturated. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Brown slices on both sides, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve hot.
